Following our involvement in the organsation of the Energy days Finland Algeria 2017 organised by Merinova in Sofitel, Algiers, we are proud to have been invited to participate in Energy Vasaa 2018 to represent Algeria and discuss the energy sector in the country.

Not only is Algeria a big producer of Oil & Gas but the country has a tremendous potential in renewable energy such as solar energy and working on its energy mix to increase its role and proportion.

Energy Vasaa was organized by Merinova Oy, the energy cluster in the Vaasa region, their cutting-edge expertise is in energy technology, and in developing businesses and their operating conditions;

During Energy Week Vasaa 2017, one could meet and learn about the different technologies from Finland, meeting companies such as ABB or Wartsila, visit their site, discuss with universities. It was also the opportunity to discover some more about Namibia, Tunisia, Algeria.
